Not sure how I overlooked this one, until the current update. This looks pretty sweet, and to be honest looks like an upgrade from (Custom Banners and Uniforms Color Pack) that I was using, or at least more details in the individual banners. Nice work ... even if it is historical completely wrong.
How did you get the Kingdom Color Changer to work? It wouldn't let my game load last time I had it installed and I had to verify files to get the game working again.
but, out of curiosity, do you plan to replace the ones that sort of... stick out still, within their faction, with more consistent ones? Im looking at fen Penraic, Elaches, Comnos... If you know what I mean? The rest of their faction has a distinct style of heraldry, and then those guys just are going full Kanye West up in their fashion, you know?

well those are all genuine medieval banners :} I think those brighter ones are inspired by late medieval Italian banners and those 3 ravens are from spain I think. don't forget, its easy to change those codes in the file to your liking
they do look authentic and pretty cool on their own, I just find some a little jarring because theyre the odd ones out in their faction. like the ones I mentioned - while most Battania clans have the frame and the multi emblem in the center, fen Penraic just looks... like its from a different game :D but no offense! I love it and Im using it!
Is there a guide I can use to change banners myself as well? I have a mod to make companions into vassals who get their own clans, but I want to be able to change their clan related things like the name and more importantly the banners
