From your description, you are talking about adding imperialized troop trees for other factions.
Does this mean you can make culturally contextual upgrade paths? IE, you can make an Imperial upgrade path for say, Sturgian recruits? So if an Imperial faction character recruits Sturgian recruits, they upgrade along this Imperial specific unit tree? If that is the case, that's awesome, being able to make auxiliary troop trees for the non-imperial factions, that the imperials will recruit. Could do the same for all the factions, so you have Vlandianized Empire troops etc.
That would be great, but unfortunatly no, I cant do that. I know little of programing or coding, that would require a check for player/lord culture when upgrading units and then to have a branch from where to pull that units, maybe someone could do it, I currently cant.
What I meant was to have a third branch option for recruit to go, "Palaic" and then branch again into strugian 2 handed axe, battanian skirmisher and vlandian horsemen. But again... was trying and need further testing if first is possible to have 3 options to upgrade, since I tryed yesterday and when selected a unit with 3 branching crashed.
Idealy Id like to simply add another recruit type in border villages where you can get this "Palaic" recruit (To avoid changing so much the main tree). But as far as I have read none knows how to modify recruits in villages/cities. If you know someone who knows please tell me or post link to.
PD: Sorry If my writing made you and anyone else believe something else.
unfortunately noble tree in empire doesnt work. for example - imperial vigla tree is the same as in vanila. but i load it as a mod not replace the orginal file. maybe this is a problem
Mmm, probably as fas as I have seen mods that replace or change vanilla troop trees need to change original file to do so, at least for now. Maybe when we leave EA and proper modding tools are released we could use it like that. For now to work we need to replace original file.

Common troop tree works? If it works, its weird.
