About this mod
This mod changes the troop trees of the Northern and Western Empires. They remain fairly similar to before but have a few different troops. The western Empire for instance has more of an emphasis on spears as it has to fight heavy Vlandian cavalry.
- Permissions and credits
The Western Empire has more spear men and pike men along with a more fleshed out crossbow tree. The Northern Empire have Varangian guards as top tier infantry, their infantry often wear furs and they have some more horse archers. The Oath Keeper troop tree has also been extended with the already existent troops upgraded and archers added on.
The mod currently works however the save game you are using must have been started without the mod installed. This is because of some strange parts of the Bannerlord Engine. If it doesn't look like the mod is working as there aren't any specialised troops available in empire villages the recruits have to be bought up before the other mod's recruits become available.
