I believe the old version I had did not, however after a bit of testing I found that the latest version does conflict. Damn. I enjoyed it while it lasted!
Go to "SubModule.xml" in each mod you have added and make them have same order for <DependedModules> with all native mods using notepad++ or VSCode. Example: 4 mods l have contain this line: <DependedModules> <DependedModule Id="Native"/> <DependedModule Id="SandBoxCore"/> <DependedModule Id="Sandbox"/> <DependedModule Id="CustomBattle"/> <DependedModule Id="StoryMode"/> </DependedModules> oh and unblock every .dll file for every mod. You can do this by right clicking the dll file, clicking properties, then clicking unblock.
Thanks for the feedback, I have tried a fix for this issue, I am still not sure why it doesn't work with the launcher. Do you have any link to mod that is working with the launcher?

If you can provide any feedback about that, that could be great!
