I'm just really curious - what kind of game are you playing? I'm assuming there's a lot of RP. Like, what made you feel "I need this function so much that I'm bothered enough to create it"?
I'm not trying to be rude or anything - I'm genuinely curious.
I saw a streamer on a Mount & Blade 2 streaming who made the villains he frequently met bald.
The risk was too great to execute them, and since they couldn't do anything about the heroes who kept escaping by just locking them up, they started making them bald.
In the end, the broadcast ended with Caladog, his father-in-law(he lose in tournement), turning bald and he destroying the bald empire.
I was impressed by the broadcast and tried to follow it, but after missing a few clicks and experiencing a crash, I decided to create a safe hair shaving mod.
P.S.1. I'm not saying baldness is evil. P.S.2. I guarantee that the Queen Rhagaea will never go bald in my game.
