I'd love an update too, I'm playing 1.5.6 as I can play most of my favourite mods with it. This one would be the icing on the cake though..... please update
Hmm...perhaps an KILL COUNTER within the game itself near the character entry in encyclopedia? total kills during lifetime would be awsome, just like the old warband had...dont know why the devs nixed taht feature...
Sometimes the announcement sound comes through as if the NPC I killed said it, so it sounds lower and "not in the middle" which is weird and a wee bit annoying. Is it fixable?
Oh wow thank you, appreciate it! And now after watching the video I saw there's a tooltip notification of the kill announcements too, which is a neat feature but it being right on top of the cross-hair is a wee bit annoying IMO. Would it be possible to move it somewhere less obstructing, or maybe even change it to display as one of those "scroll" notifications (like when your relation decreases with someone) in the middle top area of the screen?
Those notifications are just a placeholder, you can turn them off right now - message also shows in the chat box. Im currently working to make them appear as those relations/Battle Won notifications you mentioned, this was just the easiest way to do it :)
