When I promote companions to own a fief and become a lord, the culture of their fief will not change for them. It'll change for myself and lords of the realm that I persuaded to join but not companion lords. Any idea how to fix or is this normal?
I'm not sure why youre having that issue. Try going into the SubModule.xml file and see if the "Version value" is "1.2.8." Or try to remove the "DependentVersion='v1.2.8' from each of the dependent modules and save the file. You can just open the file with notepad/notepad++ or whatever text reader you use.

You just have to wait awhile and the culture of whatever fief you own will change. There is also a menu in the "Keep" section when you enter your fief.

I've got Elyria town , who is already valyrain, but the village bound to it not.
the mod don't change the village culture, as any one a tips ?
Bannerlord is set to 1.2.8 and I've verified the files. Anyone else run into this?
