I dunno if this is on purpose or not, but Vlandian Squires don't have a polearm and take forever to kill even bandits. And Vlandian Gallants don't have a shield and look a little goofy riding alongside Knights who do and Squires who do. On top of that, every level of cavalry requires a warhorse to upgrade which I think is a little silly. If these are intentional then that's all fine, but IMO it breaks the continuity of the faction. the answer for the first two questions is intended for balance reasons, and the cavalry requires a warhorse to upgrade, I have nothing to do with it, thats a RBM thing

diversifying the troops like in that mod would highly impact the balance, in that mod many troops have very powerful armor and they shouldnt, I prefer to keep the game balanced at the cost of more variety
What mods does this game exactly need? Because the list says OSA and OTA, but in the comments you talk about downloading RBM extra units for Expanded Bannerlord Armoury. Also does it only need OSA or also the weaponry and sadlery?
I have tried OSA (with and without weapons and saddlery) and OTA with RBM enabled and I still get a lot of naked units.
