2023/09/27: New file release is aimed at solving the Dwarf take-over problem some people have posted about. I have added the Human Race to this mod so that it will remain the default Race should this mod take over as the primary skins file. Even with this update, please make sure this mod is placed below all Native modules and you aren't utilizing a mod that is forcing this mod to the top of your load order. If you're having issues, please post your mod load order. Also, if you're trying to use a ton of mods with this mod you will likely increase the chance of it not being compatible with one of those mods. That's just math.

Thanks for giving this mod a try, it's my first big project and I'm really happy with how it's been received thus far.

Edit: Figured out why Bannerlord kept crashing even without the mod. Needed a full reinstall

Just place the downloaded folder (unzipped) into the Bannerlord/Modules folder. You'll know you're in the right place if you also see folders for Native and Sandbox. Then when you start the game you'll be able to select it in the Modules list.

I figured it out. Bannerlord was having this crash even without the mod. Had to do a full delete of local files + reinstall. Game and mod both work now.

Bug ive discovered in playing, even when troops are editted to be of the custom races they cannot use modded crossbows and will instead attempt to stab with them as if theyre spears

I think you can change mod order and put a different human edit race on top to make them the default race if you some how seeing too many small humans or 1 particular other race??

I have no idea, don't use this mod or really want to since I have bad luck with such mods cooperating with my other mods; so I am not sure why or how you always fighting midgets.

Just know I have in past done that because a different mod was overriding humans as the default and made most npcs that race so that was the fix I did.

Curious choice to put the elves in the steppes when they are stereotypically woodland folk.
.. Unless we count santa-elves, the midget sort.

    Anyway this looks interesting!
