Problem Description
At the moment, most likely starting with v1.0 of the game, the game completely ignores the English translation files. Thus they play the role of the basis on which the mod is translated into other languages. Therefore, if someone developed a mod not in English, no one will be able to translate the mod into English. If the developer of the mod is not a native English speaker and faced with this problem tried to translate himself you will not be able to offer a more correct translation.Solution Description
The logic of the mod is as follows:1. Loads files selected in the settings of the language. (including English, which does not do the game itself)
2. If the selected language is not English, this mod searches for other mods that do not have localization files for the selected language, when found subloads the English localization file (if exists).
