Q: Will this mod be coming to Steam Workshop? A: No.
Q: Does this work for version x.y.z? A: I don't know. Try it out and see if it does. If it doesn't; I do not support versions that I don't personally play. You can pay me on my Patreon up to the 2nd tier (~10 USD) if you want me to compile for your version.
Q: Does this work with (insert other mod name here)? A: I don't know. Try it out and see if it does.
Q: Why are you copying the Battle Buddies mod? A: I originally posted an updated version of the Battle Buddies mod. Nexus reached out to me and told me they wanted me to get express permission from the original author. I have not received express permission. Therefore, I decided to recode it entirely from scratch. This mod's code is entirely done by me.
I really like this mod, but the constant relation gain sound effect after battles or tournaments gets on my nerves. Is there any way to turn it off but keep the text notifications?
Thanks for going through the effort of remaking this mod! Might I suggest adding a way to increase the relation gain of rescuing prisoner lords? I think it's kind of ridiculous that you can save a lord from being dragged around as a prisoner and you only get a measly single digit relation gain.
Will be using this in my new play through. I would like to suggest an addition or a separate mod. Change the relationship gain with enemy lords after releasing them. Engaging in combat should be an automatic reduction in relation, releasing them afterwards should at best negate this reduction. I it very weird that all your best friends are enemies whose villages you have pillaged and troops you have killed.
Many thanks for such diligent work. Do you think this will work on an existing save if I use it to replace the Battle Buddies mod you recently took down? As I’m currently running that but like to keep mods updated where possible. Thanks again!
I appreciate that this mod is now available thank you for your work :). As of now I am still using True Relations and that still runs in my build v1.1.4. However with that being said I am following and this will be my next pick when I start a new game.

glad there is new but similar mod that fills the gap that was left since now yours is the only one!
I guess I'll have to recode that from scratch too someday.
