About this mod

What this mod does is just quite simple stats changing.
I personally feel troop stats in Bannerlord are quite generic, lacking factional uniqueness thus bit boring. (For now)
So I tweaked troop stats to emphasize factional characteristics.
It won't add any new troops nor change troop's equipment to secure save data compatibility.

Permissions and credits
Installation
Just extract to *\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules.
Works for e1.1.2 and later.

I'm personally expecting official balancing for the troop stats coming in near future patch.
If it comes, this mod will be obsolete and needless. In that case, you just have to remove this mod from your module folder.
It won't hurt your save data (almost certainly).

-Factional Feature Summary-

Aserai:
Their troops entirely gained more bow skill. Battanian Fians are still the best archers though. 
Mamelukes have slightly better skills and higher level than other commoner troops. This means they are bit harder to maintain.
Battania:
Insanely agile footmen and best skirmishers. That's all.
Some fixes also included.
Empire:
Jack of all trade. 
Their highest-tier troops are quite strong, but in comparison to other faction, their lower-tier troops are way weaker.
Legionary is adjusted as the best commoner infantry in this mod. 
Crossbowmen's skills are now fixed, so they are reasonable to train now.
Khuzaits:
Entirely very good at riding. 
Their Heavy Lancer is currently the best commoner troop in Native Bannerlord so I decided not to buff them much in this mod.
Vlandia:
Durable Infantries, reliable commoner cavalries and the best crossbowmen. Entirely balanced.
Also, the levy crossbowmen are now relocated into the ranged category.
Sturgia:
GO BERSERK! They have the best horse skirmishers. 
This mod focuses on improving commoner tree troops, but their noble tree is exceptionally tweaked.
Druzhinniks have way better polearm skills than they have in  current Native Bannerlord. (This is a simple fix)
Besides, in order to improve their shieldwall tactics, their noble troop tree now has another branch to Huskarl Swordsman.
Huskarl Swordsman is a currently unused troop in Native Bannerlord. His skills are configured as the best infantry in the game in this mod.

BONUS...Skolderbrotva: Bit buffed (for very personal taste). Now, they may remind you of the might of Nords in Warband.

日本語説明:
平民兵科(マイナーファクション含む)の設定ミス修正を兼ねたリバランス用modです。
パッチの変更についていけるように装備の変更等もありません。
現状だと各勢力平民兵は最上位でも基本スキル130が上限で、どこも性能がほとんど代り映えせず面白くないので、
勢力ごとに特色が出るように少し数値を変えてみました。
恐らくそのうち公式でのパラメータ修正とバランス調整が入ると考え、セーブデータ互換性に配慮してあります。
その時が来たら、もしくはお気に召さなければ消しちゃえば問題なくNativeの状態に戻る…はずです。
・Aseraiは弓が強め、マムルークは強めだけどレベルのせいで育ちにくい
・Battaniaは足が異様に速くて散兵が最優秀
・Empireは最上位ユニットまで育て上げればかなり強めだけど下位ユニットは微妙
・KhuzaitsはRidingスキルが高め、現状Nativeだとヘビーランサーが最強の平民兵なのであまり手を加えてない
・Vlandiaはロドック狙撃兵っぽい優秀な弩兵を軸にしたバランス型です
Sergeantのアスレチックと乗馬が逆転している問題とLevy Crossbowmanが歩兵扱いされる問題をそれぞれ修正してあります
・Sturgiaはバーサーカーツリー強化、騎馬散兵が強め 例外的に貴族ツリーにも手を加えてあります(Polearm分のスキルポイントが何故かBowに振られているのを修正)
おまけでベテランヴァリャーグからデータ上にだけ存在していて現在使用されていないハスカールにツリーが伸びます(modで追加される新兵士ではないので途中で抜いても大丈夫です)
・ミニファクションの兵士は基本的に数値修正オンリーですが、例外的に趣味でスコルダーブロダの性能を上げてあります
