This mod automatically changes settlement culture to the owning kingdoms' culture.
Culture is recalculated each time you load a save, on settlement capture, and on clan changing kingdoms. Existing save files are safe to use and you can freely disable the mod without harming the save. Note that disabling the mod will revert all settlements back to their Native culture.

Installation
Extract the mod folder named 'ChangeSettlementCulture' to your modules folder:
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules)
Activate it in the game launcher's mod list.
