Allow player to create Armies while independent or under mercenary contract consisting of only clan members.

This mod enables the Assemble Army button when the player clan is independent or under a mercenary contract. When under contract, only parties in the players' clan can be assembled.
1.0.1 now requires ModLib mod options menu integration available at https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/592
There is a single option, "Create Player Kingdom for Independent Army Cheat" which allows you to create independent armies but will automatically create the Player Kingdom to do so. Because it is a cheat, it requires cheat_mod = 1 in your Bannerlord engine_config.txt file.

Installation
Extract the mod folder named 'MercenaryArmy' to your modules folder:
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules)
Activate it in the game launcher's mod list.
