Just an RBM Patch increasing all the stats to RBM Levels, it is mostly balanced, but im sure i missed some things. Tried raising their values keeping them consistent with original mods power level compared to vanilla items, while also keeping them in line with simliar items from other mods. If anything sticks out, is weirdly balanced compared to other RBM things, etc let me know in the comments.

Download my patch and simply Enable my patch after it.

Alternatively, replace the item.xml and shoulder_rested.xml in Norman Armory with the ones from here.

Load order need to be
RBM
Norman Armory
Norman Armory RBM Patch
If RBM is loaded after, shield positions for Norman Armorys shields will be bugged.
