Started a new game today and noticed that there are currently 2 copies of Leviana of Vostrum in my game (without me recruiting either of them), i haven't seen any other doubles so i don't know if this is a problem exlusive to her or if they can all spawn several times.
Its the Vanilla Template that is causing this duplication. Also, I would ask you to avoid the Kidnapped daughter quest especially if its targeting the modded companion where if you click the name it will cause your game to CTD my guess is, is that there is something that needs changing but I dont know it yet.
I haven't gotten the kidnapped daughter quest targeting one of your custom npcs, but i have had it target a native npc and have that native npc turn into one of the custom ones when i find them at the village, this did however not cause any crashes and im certain i flipped through their encylopedia entries to find out what was going on.
If you add this mod to an existing save - they wont appear until the game is ready to spawn another wanderer, and as I have said before, due to the banner lord mechanic's weird companion spawning, it's a bit of a lottery. I suggest you create another new game and see if the modded companions are there.
I believe Efitia of Saneopa and Paeon of Ortysia, have either their stats or lore background switched, Efitia claims to be a steward but is a far better surgeon while Paeon claims to be a doctor but is a far better steward.
Besides that it's been working great so far though i do think their a little OP.
EDIT: I've just noticed that the companions names in the encyclopedia change after joining the player. Porunn's encylopedia name has become Achena. Efitia's encylopedia name has become Melchea. Paeon's encylopedia name has become Penestea. Aristobulus' encylopedia name has become Mostiros.
I've got no idea why i am not using any other mods that add in new companions or that change the names of any existing npcs, i assume the names mentioned above are the vanilla names of the npc's you based your companions on.
Yeah, I accidentally switched their dialogue, I will fix them soon. Thanks for letting me know. Yes, I encountered this just now. Do not worry, it only affects their name in the encyclopedia. The reason being is that I indeed used one of the vanilla wanderers as a template which means that it takes on the generic names from the vanilla name pool, which is then declared to the encyclopedia but not in the world itself or in the character menu.
I shall fix all of this soon. With the new Sturgia expansion.
Due to how Bannerlord Mechanic works on spawning the companions, it is a bit of a lottery. So there is no guarantee that the next wanderer that the game will spawn is the modded companion. However, if you want to get them, you must start a new game. (Apologies for this)
