    It's finally here. This is a culmination of almost 3 months of work on my end, so be gentle. :)

    If you install this, you don't need the rest of my mods, this has everything in it, and more. You should be able to safely remove my mods from your ongoing save but make sure this one is enabled, otherwise you will crash.

    I'll try and fix issues as soon as possible if they arise.

    I'll also switch my focus to minor factions now, so stay tuned for more.

    FAQ

    The mod is not working?
    If you have the latest version of the game, subscribed to the mod, enabled it in the launcher and my mods are below the native modules and you don't crash, the mod is working.

    It still doesn't work?
    Every single time someone claimed that it always turned out to be a user error, but I'm willing to help if you provide the necessary information.

    Help, I crashed?
    If you think you crashed because of my mod, send me the crash report so I can take a look at it. Otherwise I have no way of knowing why you crashed.

    Is it compatible with X, Y or Z
    I created this with maximum compatibility in mind, but I can't make it compatible and test it with every mod out there. Please try it out before asking. Other than that, it will obviously not be compatible with mods that modify the troop trees of major factions in general.

    Is it compatible with RBM?
    Yes, with caveats. It is compatible with their AI and Arena modules. It is NOT compatible with their Troop Overhaul (for obvious reasons) and only semi-compatible with the Combat Module (units will behave differently than intended and balance will be off). I would recommend sticking with only RBM's AI and Arena modules only.

    Balance seems off?
    While I do my best to test units one on one to make sure nothing roflstomps other units, I'm just one man, and can't test every unit against every other unit in thousands of scenarios, so I might have missed something. If you think a unit is OP, or more importantly a faction's combined arms power is way too strong let me know. Please send me a detailed list of army compositions so I can test that scenario and see what I can do about it.

    X unit should use this or that, could you change it?
    Please provide your reasoning in the comments, and I'll consider the change if it makes sense. Keep in mind that does not mean I'll implement it though.

    How did you make your shields look like that?
    It's a mod called Simple Shield Patterns. It's available on the Nexus. Head over there and say hi to the mod author and endorse it.

    This mod sucks, I hate it?
    That's ok, I can't make it appeal to everyone. No hard feelings.

    Hey there :) awesome mod, but all of the units have [bard] prefix, any way to remove it ?

    All of the new troops have the [Bard] prefix in front of their names. I gather from previous replies that this isn't intended, so I figured I'd report it.

      It seems that only AIO version have these prefixes. Likely here is some older version of code, download mods separately :)

      Theoretically yes, you just need to comment out the bannerlordarmiesredone and bannerlordarmiesredonePartyTemplates nodes in the SubModule.xml file.

      How would that look like? I'm a monkey and I like this mod I'm just testing other troop mods while keeping the items.

    Hello!

    Just wondering if every unit should have the name [BARD] infront of them or if it's because of my load order that it happens?

      Those were removed due to popular demand, so you should not see the [BARD] prefix anymore (unless I missed one or two somewhere).

    Is there a reason why you updated the AIO version here, but not the single mods on Steam?

      I'm on a Bannerlord hiatus and this was just a small fix so the mod doesn't crash the game for people. On the other hand I'm no longer working on the idividual mods, as the AIO covers everything and it's actually further along. I'm likely going to push this AIO to steam and then retire the individual ones, but it'll have to wait.

      Workshop is bad and will be bad for Bannerlord for the next 2 years or so.

    У меня проблема  в том, что некоторая броня в магазине не отображается визуально, просто пустое место. И на персонаже тоже. Такое может быть в вашем моде?

      I don't speak russian, but after a quick google translate, I'd say it's unlikely to be caused by mod. I'm not adding new assets so it's either a vanilla bug (unlikely) or caused by another mod (likely).

    Is there going to be an update for bandit units, so they don't upgrade into vanilla units?

     do you think in the future you can bring vlandia to this look? and the other factions to a more early medieval look

      Probably not, I always intended this mod to only use vanilla assets and have zero dependencies, so I'm limited by that. The scope of this mod was to take what TaleWorlds made, and make the major factions look better (in my opinion) and more distinct from each other.

    This is compatible with 1.02, right?
    I use the 6 smaller B.A.R.D. mods via steam, which worked fine until now.
    I started a new game with 1.02 and somehow I only get vanilla units.
    I also have a few new mods for this playthrough - Better NPCs, Hot Butter and Captivity Events. But I don`t see, why these should interfere.

    Edit: Got it solved. Placing B.A.R.D. mods below Better NPCs in loadorder did the trick.
