For people that cannot locate "ProgramData" folder
    Do this:
Right click on start menu, and select RUN
when new window opens, write this inside:
    %programdata%
    Press Enter.

I dont understand why would u say that this doesnt work?
And more importantly why do you think this should solve game crash?

DLL unblocker , simply fixes issues when dll's are shared among people. By removing "this dll is blocked" tag from it.
Its usually a mod file. And if dll is blocked it will block mod from functioning.

But cannot magically fix your game from crashing as it doesnt affect that.
If you have faulty mod or damaged game it will still crash.

      P.S
I could probably help you solve the problem, but you need to provide more details.

Dude, I'm having the same problem. Where is this "streams.exe"? The only file that appears after downloading is "unblocker.reg". I put it in the Data Program folder and in the x86 and even so it continued not finding the program after clicking on "unblock".

      Come on man..
i wrote it in description. It can't be more simple

Simple registry file  It will add unblock <directory> to right click of mouse to any folder and will "unblock" all dll's in directories within.

      1.
      Download Streams v1.6

      2.
      Extract file (streams.exe) to C:\ProgramData\
So it ends as : C:\ProgramData\streams.exe

      3.
Download ,extract and double click on my registry file and it will add "unblock (directory)" to right click on folder. When finishes all dll's will be unblocked.

      Profit.

Hey thanks for making this but is there a way to uninstall the context menu changes? I don't really need to use it anymore.

I use the mod for half a decade now, helped me with a lot of stuff that uses dll files.
But sure. I added uninstall registry in options download.
Download unpack and run reg file. It will remove (uninstall) this mod. It wont remove streams.exe from computer that u have to do manually.
