- Man-at-Arms upgrade into Robber Knights (which are now Tier 7 and wear better armor). They are no longer part of the Brawler troop tree, so can only be recruited by the player with a prisoner recruitment mod or rescueing them.
- Added Racketeer as final troop of the Loan Shark branch. Useful for breaking bones and capturing enemies.
- Added a crisis event; After one year of in-game time, the Crimson Cartel will regularly send out new parties (Crimson Conqueror Campaigns) with new troops (Crimson Conqueror). These armies are around 100-200 high-Tier troops and provide challenging fights and bounty banners.
- Fixed more translational issues.
- Added party: Men-at-Arms. Also added Man-at-Arms to regular Iron Fist parties. Also added Crimson Conquerors to large Crimson Cartel parties (such as the Cartel Crusade).

- The alive bounties reward more roguery and denars than banners and you also still receive the banner for defeating the enemy. So try to catch them!

- Added bounties to large Crimson Cartel/Iron Fist/Kingslayers group. These groups now contain banners in their loot. Banners you loot can be handed in at Gang Hideouts to bounty hunters for a good payda and a big skill increase in Roguery.
- Added jewelcrafter to Black Market:
- The jewelcrafter can craft you an Exquisite Crown that raises your party limit by 25, while in your inventory (no need to wear it :)). Does not stack.
- The jewelcrafter can assemble the Grand Scimitar of the Shifting Sands, the strongest two-handed scimitar. It required seven shard of the Shifting Sands to craft.
- The Shards of the Shifting Sands are dropped by Sultan parties. Is it based on your loot skill, so a drop is not guaranteed. Once you have seven Shard, you can craft the Grand Scimitar.
- Lowered prices to look at the Blacksmith's weapons in the Black Market.
- Lots of minor changes to hideouts.
- Three new quests: Assemble the Grand Scimitar, create an Exquisite Crown and hunt down parties for bounties!
- Added an increase in roguery skill (+2 for small/+5 for large banners) whenever you hand in a bounty.
- Fixed Enslaver parties by adding Brawler as first dialogue-initiators, it should not longer crash for newly spawned Slave parties.
- Ronin now recruitable in some taverns in Khuzait region.

- Trade goods sold are based around the region (Culture) they are in and are dynamic to the surrounding settlements. This simulates that goods are stolen from towns, villages, peasants or caravans.
- Black Markets and Smuggler bases no longer have unlimited denars, but their amount of denars varies and your gear will not be able to be retrieved.
- Black Markets and Smuggler bases now have a weaponsmith that randomly crafts weapons as well as selling you high-end weapons used by the unique S&V troops, but only if you have a high enough Roguery skill.
- Shifting Sands hideouts now have a caravanserai, where you can buy general goods and superior breed camels and superior camel saddles that provide more armor. For all you desert runners!
- Changed gear on: The Butcher, Impalers, Decapitators, Blademasters

- Added the pits in Refuges/Shelters, where bums and scum fight for food, while local landlords watch and bet on the victor.

- Four new hideout functionalities added; Slave Market, Black Markets, Gang Hideouts, Pirate Caverns.
- You can sell your prisoners as slaves in Slave Markets for more money and criminal rating. It is especially useful for low-tier troops as it adds 100 denars per head. Selling slaves raises criminal rating, where high tier troops add much more criminal rating than low tier troops.
- You can recruit slave drivers and slavemasters in Slave Markets, they increase the amount of prisoners you can have in your party. Slave Drivers +1, Slavekeeprs +3, Slavemasters +5
- You can fence surplus goods in the black market in Black Market and Smuggler hideouts, which have one million denars. Fencing goods to black markets raises your criminal rating substantially and you have to pay a large fee to be allowed to sell your goods here.
- You can hire Smuggler in Black Markets and Smuggler hiideouts.
- Gang Hideouts offer you a mix of the lower-tier troops of all the gang troop trees for a small fee. For a larger fee you can hire an assassins guild. For an extremely large fee you can buy a unique troop from hideouts.
- Pirates also offer you their services for a price. You can hire a basic crew and a captain for a moderate fee. For a large amount of coin you can gain the attention of a Pirate King.
- Sultans add +7 to party size when imprisoned and recruited.

- Due to reworks of the Taleworld bandit code, bandit factions can no longer fight eachother. Therefore, Calradia has been divided between the gangs, so they do not overlap in territory, to prive a more realistic experience.
- All spawns reworked to balance out the spawns now they no longer fight eachother or bandits.

- Added Warstomper of the Shifting Sands, unique troop in the sultan's party that you can recruit. They have large, heavy camels that do a lot of charge damage. If you manage to recruit a lot you can easily run down enemy troops.

- Tweaked the camel stats. Racing camels are now slightly smaller than normal camels with not that much health.
