Hey so I'm pretty far in my run and there's one thing I don't understand, the local gang leader never offers me any dialogue, I'm at 60 roguery, 150k on me at any time and they don't do anything when I click "I have a quick question" I can get units at hideout without problems but the gangs' leaders no luck, is there a trick to this? They are at least neutral with me and the problem is still here now that I'm king, if anyone can help, thank you.
