    Tutorial: 

    To apply your own banner, first, install the required mod PocColor, then drop this mod into modules and overwrite the PocColor config. After that go to Modules/PocColor, open config file (Notepad++ is recommended) after you open the file right away you'll see Player tag, press CTRL+F and search for "1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1." and replace those entries (11 lines total, 4 at the bottom!!!!) with your banner code, apply, save and profit.

    Copy the code to use it in the file described above. 

    You DO NOT need banner paste or persist mods, only poccolor. All the clans including yours will keep the colors and the devices no matter what.

    I have used POC for a long time using deferent banner overhauls but now I want to go back to vanilla when I uninstall poc the banners don't go back to vanilla how can I make the vanilla again

    Yes, my banner is also black. I think the mod needs to be updated or something. My banner code was 34.116.2.1836.1836.768.788.1.0.-30.450.140.116.320.320.764.764.1.1.0.309.145.116.500.500.293.564.1.1.0.427.144.116.668.668.764.957.1.1.0.309.145.116.500.500.1234.564.1.0.0

    Whenever I try to use a banner code that is long, it never comes out looking right.  Any insight as to why that is happening?

    So, not even trying to have my own custom banner.  Using the vanilla banner system for my personal banner.  It is pitch black with no symbol, anyone know what is wrong?   Is it a bug with this mod or the other one?

      I had the same problem and should have read this.

      I'll try it next chance i get, though the last time i had this modd and the other running lots more problems came up.

    the mod is great and honestly I find it hard to play bannerlord without this mod. however, there's an issue with your own flag turning pitchblack. is there a way to fix this or does it need to get patched?

    It's most likely a bug that needs to get patched since the game crashes as soon as I try to edit the banner sigil.

      yup, same here. been looking for a way to resolve that but so far nothing.
      'b' crashes the game for me too.

    Crashes the game on 1.9.0 when opening the Banner Editor on the campaign map. I'm using the recently-released 1.9.0 version of POC color randomizer mod, which works fine on its own.

      Same issue, my banner is just pitch black too is yours?

    Mod works with latest PoCcolor, not a single issue after playing with it for around 2 hours. I use simple shield patterns along with it.

    I was wondering can you explain to me how to do this i am having issues with creating a .json file for my game i wanted to start from beginning and make all my vassals have there own sigils i am using GOT Realm of Thrones mod that has custom banners but they get messed up when i create my own faction and invite lords to it.
