Tip for those who use this mod and also use other mod that can edit NPC skill
If you don't want to have tons of merc running around with 10-30 troops all the time. Edit their charm skill to 300 & 0 focus and give them the last perk. (Or less than 300, at least 260+ based on your circumstances)
It give them influence so they will always have money to sustain their troops despite extended period of peace (it will be substracted from you, of cause)

the ai have unlimited mercenary too?
Only your kingdom has unlimited mercenaries.
