Add settings (file settings.xml, in mod folder) = mod for xp (default: value x1.0), min xp (formula at tierF, if t0 = 37 (as vanila)), max xp (default: 100k -- the border is not rigid, but very noticeable, because the formula for extracting the root from a value that exceeds the allowed maximum works).
Note: selfcost 1 dinar = 20 XP. Example: Elite (50d) = Recruit (20d) + upgrade (15d) + 300 xp (15d). Its mean, If item cost 10d and give 200 xp, this normally.
Probably, in your set of mods there were those that changed the formula for discard items. I'm glad that the problem was solved in such a simple way :-)
I downloaded the mod but then later deleted it. But even after deleting it it still shows things from the mod. Such as going in my inventory and on the left shows Discard items. How can I get rid of it?
The discard function is basic. If you have cheat mode enabled, the cheat shop opens instead. If you have taken donation perks, then you will receive experience for discarded items such as armor, weapons. My mod just extends the filter and can't function if removed. However, anything can happen - a complete reinstallation, with the removal of residual traces of files, always treats strange things.
Yes, TW changed the "using" method in 1.7.2b, many dll mods need to be recompiled with new ways of calling. It is not necessary to change the mod code itself (I checked it in practice).

Good job! what a nice mod.
Is there an option to tweak the exp gained from donating?
some random rusty swords give like 309 exp
A T1 Rusty Seax for example
while food and trade items have a good exp scaling.
high value high tier armor is busted.
A T6 Cataphract Scale Barding with 75 Armor gives 118441 exp
Maybe a hardcap for items of ItemTier * 100
Items of Tier 0 are worth atleast 10exp each
Thank you for developing this.
