There is nothing to install as far as i understand? (haven't checked the files).
This is a normal feature part of the base game, if you want to save a charaters apearance while you are in the character editor, you can press CTRL + C to copy the current characters features to clipboard. You can then paste the code into a word document with CTRL + V.
If you want to add a one of the faces from here, copy the code associated with the face you want, and while in character editor press CTRL + V.
You can access character editor at any point in the game by pressing V while on the world map.
You just copy a code load up character creation or whilst in-game press V. Then press Ctrl+V and it will paste over your existing character in the character creation menu :)
