    Please update this mod, I miss having it. My sieges in 1.2.9 all favor attackers. Its like watching a scripted unrealistic hollywood movie and its ruining the purpose of even defending a castle in the first place

      • dose this mod help the defenders because when im defending it could be 2000 of us and 500 of them they would still take the town/castle? and i just want a more realistic gameplay.

    I tested 1100 troops vs 2200 and fended off the invaders.  (defender start out 400 and attacker 800+)  
    How do you adjust the siege attacker/defender ratio when battle goes over your battle size? For example if I attack a castle with 2:1 odds it never spawns the troops according to that ratio. The defenders ALWAYS get more troops something like 400 attackers vs 600 defenders even tho I outnumber them 2:1.

    I like the idea of this mod but unless I can change it like you describe I think it would make the game broken in favor of defenders even more.

      lol the game doesnt favour defenders AT ALL. Its broken AF, you shouldnt be able to easily capture a castle or a town 2v1.

      It really depends on what map you're playing on mostly because of how broken the AI is. I don't really mind playing with "worse" odds as a defender myself so why should the AI. It shouldn't be easy to capture 2v1 for sure but why make it harder? I can always just turn up the battle size and the game will have no choice but to just spawn it 2:1. But I don't have a NASA computer and I don't understand why the game forces me to do that and play with shitty FPS.

      all mount&blade games you better do it manual and its super easy anyway just drag and drop into modules folder then activate in game launcher 

      so this is like 3 clicks total doing manual, way less than fiddling with some other tools...

    I made a mod that does not change existing files and is installable via vortex (see TrueSieges). I changed the values a bit, e.g. movement speed of battering ram 70%, damage of battering ram 1/6. Movement speed of siege towers 50-70% depending on tower size.

      You guys should use Fritzgroes's  TrueSieges mod   so you don't mess up you game easily.  His mod seems safer than this temporary code changing into native which is a little unsafe if you're novice.  If you're new , use TrueSieges Mod.  I couldn't figure out how to make a proper mod like Fritzgroes so use Fritzgroes.

      J'ai essayé de multiplier par 2. Aucun changements. 4000 étant le maximum (1-4000)

    This is a great mod! It will surely make the defensive siege battle easier. Does it also affect the "auto resolve" in sieges?

      This only affect w/ player's involvement to enchanced immersion.
      For auto resolve you should try the Mod  Auto Resolve Rebalanced

    Did you also increase the HP of siege equipment to offset the decreased speed and longer time to break defenses?

      Not yet.  My intention is to make the battering ram and siegetowers easier to break. I did test many times to lower the HPs of battering rams and siege towers but they broke too fast and made attacker retreat before touching the wall.  So I keep default health. Through many tests.  If I had a battering ram and 2 towers, the battering ram had a high chance to break. I want the siege to continue w/ disadvantage to attacker. 
      you can change the battering ram health 

      go to the drive you installed steam D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\Prefabs 
      open props_siege_batteringrams 
      and change this one line

      <variable name="MaxHitPoint" value="4000.000"/>     (change 4000  to whatever you like, I changed to 1000 and it was a 2 hits destroyed).
