My issues so far: --- Very difficult to conceive child. -If I'm not wrong - game calculates pregnancy chance on a daily basis. Since days in a lifespan are dramatically reduced, pregnancy chances follow suit. Issue can be prevented with Kaoses tweaks / pregnancy tweaks, by multiplying chance to 600% (if you play default Pacemaker settings). --- Hero level and XP. Again, with a 10% of vanilla lifespan (default Pacemaker settings) you' won't go too far on the skills / level ladder. Again, can be prevented with Kaoses tweaks / XP tweaks by increasing the global XP gain (or only clan xp gain, I don't know..)*
Any other tweaks people have found that may be useful to balance Pacemaker?
*I've increased the Global XP Gain settings in Kaoses. Seems ok with hero and clan, but met 3-4 NPC nobles with all six main attributes at 10; that might or might not be related to pacemaker + kaosesXPgain
Absolutely essential mod IMO - without it a major part of the game (i.e. actually having a dynasty/playing as your descendants) is more-or-less obsolete. I hope either yourself or someone else picks it up after release - personally I'll be sticking with the 1.7.0 version of the game even after release (if that will be possible, I certainly hope so), solely for this mod.
this is probably a dead mod at this point but if anyone can pick this up for either 1.8 or just get it ready for when the game releases many people would be so thankful!!!
If anyones wondering, this is NOT compatible with Trials of the seven kingdoms. 1) because you have to de activity ul extender and mod config on new game this cant load. Then when you can install it, the second you change any setting on the config 2000 years pass and your character is 80.
