UPDATE: Adds a secondary mod that will force ages to be as i placed. meaning some lords with be older looking and almost all girls changed will be over 21 so you can marry them. Place Main file above native place the below file underneath storymode
Hey Friends thanks for all your comments and words. This mod is still at its early stage. I plan on working on it until it's perfected and every character is edited. Feel free to leave your honest opinions on any characters or just in general. If someone looks stupid or even if they all look stupid. Let me know. And as far as some females looking too similar. They will be changed. No worries. Allot of them I just want to change to have some solid bases to work with. Thanks for the support!

Mod works at 1.2.12 with no problem. Be careful of adjusting the Mod Order to prevent crashes and other bugs with other mods. If there's a problem, the issue is either the wrong mod order or a conflict with another mod(s).
In Vortex Mod Manager, this mod's 2 files doesn't show up. Either manually install this mod, or use the new Nexus Mod App (that's still in BETA - But it works fine. You just need to enable running Incompatible Games via it's settings to enable using Bannerlord with it)
Then set up the mod order. Mod Order:

I made a python script to generate the face and age data based on the npc id. I do use it with body and lograam body slider which I manage to make it modular as well, and it works ok.

This mod doesn't need to be updated nor fixed. It still works on 1.2.9. You have to put the bottom module at the bottom of your load order and the regular module at the top of it. Still works flawlessly.
Yep. Still works just fine, on the latest version no less. BALordsAndHotDaughtersBelow module at the very bottom and BALordsAndHotDaughters at the very top.
im not sure how or why but it isnt changing them even after using said load order. started 3 new games and still no change I have tried every load order recommended
GOOD NEWS EVERYONE I MANAGED TO MAKE IT WORK FOR 1.2.9.34019(LATEST) BY PUTTING THE MAIN MOD ABOVE NATIVE AND THE BELOW MOD BELOW EVERYTHING AS THE LAST MOD. FOR SOME REASON IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE LOAD ORDER WHEN INSTALLED MANUALLY SO I INSTALLED IT THRU VORTEX BUT LAUNCH IT ON THE LAUNCHER AND MANUALLY SET THE LOAD ORDER FOR IT. also dont be afraid to install some mods on vortex and some mods manually some mods work specifically on one method or the other, I have tons of mods except conversions it works mostly with everything i guess. I'm not motivated to play bannerlord without this fantastic mod glad i was able to make it work hope you guys too :)
Very weird cause it worked properly a few days ago but now the presets of lords have stopped being applied to the lords and ladys even with ur suggestion or solve
It's quite weird actually. Anyone got a solution for this? So I recently had a save on which it worked as it should, recommended load order and so on. Now that I've created a second save also w the mod it just doesnt work anymore. I'd really really appreciate help because I literally can't play without this mod anymore
Hello guys! Great mod got it to work on earlier versions. However I just cant get it to work with 1.1.6. even with every other mod disabled. Load order was:

Any tips on what might be the problem with the load order?

The load order has to be changed on the pop up window that shows up when you start the game. (Don't worry about the vortex mod order)
Main mod needs to go above Native and secondary mod needs to go below Story.
