Removes the "party needs 40% of their troops limit to join army" restriction.

Download this zip folder and extract into "...Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules".
It is safe to use mid-game, does not corrupt any saves.
How to use:
- Install & Start/Load your game.
Important details:
- This does not remove other restrictions (for example, you can't call someone in your army if they're already in an army).
This mod gives the best experience with my other mod UnlimitedPS.
