Also, could you make saddles civilian too? I couldn't find a mod that does that. Blows my mind how the heck they didn't make them civilian from the get go, like, why.
This mod also is crashing e1.3.1 for me. I get this error:

If you want to use some horse saddles in town, try "Aregas. Castle and Town with a Horse".
That mod does exactly what I hoped for, and then some! Think I remember seeing it while browsing new mods when it was released but didn't think I'd need it so never checked it out and didn't know it also made it so you can use some of the saddles. Thanks for point it out!
Honestly when i saw how some weapons were flagged as civilians and others not i automatically assumed daggers would be so i crafted one for town use and sure enough none of them were eligable
Honestly we need a new mod that just makes EVERYTHING civilian. The idea of restricting items in such a way just seems unnecessary. Hopefully that won't be too hard to do.
i mean if youre hoping to get robbed or earn the scorn of the people by walking around town like a baller, sure go ahead. i prefer to at least dress like a human being in town.
Great mod, I also didn't understand why where weren't Civilian by Default.
Speaking of, is there any sort of restriction to the level of daggers and throwing knives you can take in? Even One-Handed weapons have a limit to which ones you can take as a civilian. Also, for some reason, all saddles are non-Civlian, even those that don't have any practical amount of armor, so you're forced to see yourself and your companions ride saddleless when in civilian clothes.
This will allow you to bring in any dagger class or throwing knife class weapon. The game registers some weapon parts as civilian others as not seemingly pretty arbitrarily. But i figure any dagger or knife should be concealable enough to bring into town.
So there is 2 perks: 1 allows you to use any 1 handed weapon. 2 allows you to use any throwing weapon. This just allows a bit more variety before you get to the perks. (also the perks don't work atm)

I made this for me as i like the balance of not having crazy stuff in towns.

Сan u fix the use of any one-handed in civilian mode
1 allows you to use any 1 handed weapon.
2 allows you to use any throwing weapon.
