Yeah this mod works perfectly. For example I almost always had crashes (when battle is finished and player clicks on "Done" button) when I used custom armor mods + dismemberment plus mod - too bad this combination is not working... So dismemberment plus mod while using custom armor mods is strictly no go.
Given the way the change works with vanilla code, passing the value through MCM is problematic I can make an even more reduced version if desired, but that would put it around vanilla amounts
I think the problem is not with the loot mechanism itself, but rather the vanilla game's economy mechanism. For example, the selling price of low-tier gears should be much cheaper, and the willingness to buy those should be much limited (maybe through price or an independent money pool). That being said, there's still the economy of the smithing mechanism to be fixed.
IMO the only problem this mod has is that looters should not have legendary modifier gears...
Using the full version of the mod at v1.2.12. It's not working as intended. I'm only getting the weapons as loot. Edit: Reduced version of the mod is working as intended.
Curious, haven't heard any complete failure reports, will need to look into this Though some items being more prominent than others due to value is expected
I have the ssame problem without BannerKings or any other loot mod. The game is 1.2.12 and the newest mod from here. Tested the ALL loot and the reduces loot files, I get only shields, weapons and helmets. Never any armor.

This is likely a conflict with your load order
If you can provide a crash log on the discord channel, I can look into it

That is feasible, but would likely make early game near impossible
Regardless this request is simple enough, let me know what level of reduction you guys want and I'll make a tailored version of this mod accordingly

To keep the mod lightweight it simply removes restrictions on the vanilla loot list, and by default the vanilla game prioritizes higher value items
This mod removes some vanilla game restrictions so you just get a bigger peace of the pie after battle.
Edit: Reduced version of the mod is working as intended.
