   The line "Justice demands you pay for your crimes" still gives a chance for them to surrender.
   
   Doesn't the line "You think i'm daft? I am not trust you an inch" always force combat? I don't usually use that line so I am not 100% sure but I think that always starts a fight

      It doesn't. If you outnumber them by a significant amount, they will look sad and say something along the lines of "we are at your mercy", and then takes you to the party tab to either recruit or leave them.

   The line "justice demands you pay for your crimes" already forces them to fight you in vanilla game.

      But if I recall there's still a chance they'll just surrender anyway. I assume the new dialogue option in this mod removes that possibility altogether so they have no choice but to fight?

      But they still surrender even if you click on that line. That mod removes chances of surrender
