Step 1: Ensure you have BannerLib installed, if that's not installed then none of the following fixes will help, this step alone might be enough to fix your issue. https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/131
Step 2: Ensure all the DLL's are unblocked in both - (BannerlordInstallLocation)/Modules/BannerLib/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/ - (BannerlordInstallLocation)/Modules/CustomCampaignOptions/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/ This can be done by right clicking on each DLL, going into properties and check the 'Unblock' checkbox at the bottom of the General tab.
Step 3: If you start "Bannerlord.exe" (/Steam/steamapps/common/Mount & Blade II Bannerlord/bin/Win64_Shipping_Client/Bannerlord.exe) With these parameters - /singleplayer _MODULES_*Native*SandBoxCore*Sandbox*StoryMode*CustomBattle*BannerLib*CustomCampaignOptions*_MODULES_ Setting the parameters requires a shortcut for Bannerlord.exe, so right click it and "Create Shortcut" then right click the shortcut, and in the target box add the above to the end of what's already in there. It should fix your issues, unfortunately the devs didn't see fit to let people set their load order in the launcher which is causing a lot of problems right now. Vortex or a 3rd party launcher at some point should add load order selection which will prevent all these issues.
It has been working for me... But it leaves the option screen with a white background as well as other minor issues like flickering screen when talking to other lords and sometimes has a large arrow on the screen during battles, but not very often...
when added to the modules i can neither start new campaign or load existing ones. i have bannerlib installed and everything is unchecked but it still crashes
The bannerlord tweaks allows the complete wage modding, as in you can set the overall percentage of wages. But I agree more functionality would be preferable as this is a good mod for this.

Can anyone confirm?
Any thoughts on future additions?
Like food consumption or party limits and such?
