Does this incorporate the settings window like Mixed Gender Troops used to? Was using Calradia Girls? this looks lighter without the need for additional outside ATC.
No settings, as this was intended to be super lightweight. There's a 50% chance of a troop from a settlement being female, and a 50% chance of bandits to spawn as female.
can you please add a config menu like the mixed gender troops so we can change the ratio of male and female troops (for example id want empire to have no females and khuzait to have 20/80 mix)
Great work, just a little niggle though. Right now it gets a little fiddly, when I fiddle with the settings. If the troops ids were suffixed like so: <volunteer id="aaafyty_aserai_recruit_f" percent="50" /> instead of inserted like so (as it is now): <volunteer id="aaafyty_f_aserai_recruit" percent="50" />
I'd have an easier time batch-changing the percentages. No big deal, I changed the names in my file, I just thought that this might be helpful for others too.
Looking forward to you getting around to updating for 1.5.7.

Oh, I know! They're all crime lords for some reason, I rarely see males getting the gang leader role, is this a bug?
