This mod does at it says on the tin , all factions start in civil wars (with the exception of empire factions which are already in a civil war) . All factions except the Khuzaits start in a two way civil war , who start in a three way civil war . This is a very basic attempt to stop the Khuzaits from completely dominating .

Currently the empire factions will tend to dominate as I have not yet implemented wars between the three (for some reason it does not work)

The mod also includes a simple rework to troop trees , enabling basic troops to be upgraded into "noble troops" (the ones almost impossible to recruit in base game) .
Changes to troop trees:
Vlandians- Vlandian infantry can now be upgraded into vlandian knights or swordsmen , while spearmen can be upgraded into light cavalry or billmen
Sturgians- Sturgian warriors can be upgraded into varyags or sturgian soldiers , druzhinniks can be upgraded into champions or horse archers
Empire- Imperial infantrymen can be upgraded into trained infantrymen or imperial equites
Battanians- Battanian clan warriors can be upgraded into highborn clan warriors or trained warriors
Khuzaits- Khuzait raiders can be upgraded into horse archers or Khuzait Torguuds
Aserai- Aserai footmen can be upgraded into aserai faris or aserai infantry

Compatibilty with other mods: Should not interfere with other mods (let me know if you find one that does interfere with it)
Save game compatibility : You need to start a new campaign for it to work , other than that works fine

How to download : download the mod off the nexus , extract the mod into modules folder (folder where your steam is/steamapps/common/bannerlord/modules)
Make sure the mod is placed under the base game modules else it wont work
