You should probably unassign the person you want to marry from leading a party cuz it might cause their party to disband.
In 1.2.8 added feature so when clan is destroyed. All blood relatives within 2 generations of the player will rejoin the player's clan instead of vanishing off to Narnia. This is to address the constant kingdom and clan destruction in bannerlord 1.2.x and also just seem more realistic to me the people will join their families instead of completely fuck off to nowhere. This affects parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, uncles, aunts, cousins, niece and nephew that are related to the player by blood. All family members by marriage only will not be saved.
