Windows by default blocks any unknown .dll files, when they're extracted from .zip files. So when manually installing, go to "...\Modules\Slicer\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client" directory, right-click on each of the .dll files and select "Poperties". Then on the lower part of the window you should see "Unblock" button (if the file is blocked).
You can also search for "unblock" in Bannerlord mods on Nexus - you'll find some scripts to make unblocking process even easier.
If you'll try to run the game with mods which have blocked .dll's, the game will crash on startup.
