I hate the fact that with every update this damn game makes all the mods completely broken, which is not the modder's fault. I'm getting tired of it crashing over and over again.
Is there any reason this won't work by just cut and pasting the facekeys for the individual characters into the Lords.xml file for the base game and replacing the facekeys there? And then (assuming it's necessary) also swapping in the "key=" number as well?
