The more I played Bannerlord, the more obvious it became that the wage model currently in the game simply does not give ANY incentive for players to choose quantity over quality when it came to troops.
As I built and tested my own troop overhaul, it became clear that this was a weak spot in the strategic aspect of Bannerlord which has a deep impact on the gameplay and the balance between factions,
Therefore, I decided to make this mod in an attempt to remedy this oversight.
This mod completely changes the wage model and determines each unit's wage according to a variety of factors from simulation strength (based on relevant skills, weapon and armor), whether the troop is mounted or a mercenary. It gives the user full control over the algorithm so that you can figure out what settings work best for you!
