Install via Vortex, or download manually and add mod folder to \steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\

This is an alternative version of the mod with unedited hair style and color. NPC faces are still improved.

To replace player appearance. Text file of all 25 faces, sorted by faction. Simply copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) an NPC's line directly into the starting character editor. You can alternatively press V on the world map to access the editor in-game.
