Currently the mod is on a hold for updates, we are working on a lot more stuff in the background and are holding on for a major update before updating the mod here on nexus
Ahh gotcha, the sword is only available through enabling cheats and going into the inventory, though apparently there should be a chance of finding it in Vlandia
The two clans in the mod right now are both a part of a kingdom. There just isn't a settlement for them yet. My plan is to make a map, and I'll give them settlements then, they won't be mercenaries.
You can open the command console with LALT and ~ or whatever your tilde equivalent is. Then you put in config.cheat_mode 1 (I think that's the code), then open the inventory and go to weapons.
I'll be adding some images today showing the currently implemented tree, and the trees I have planned out. Keep in mind that I've not adjusted the equipment of the troops either so they all look similar.
