Updated to correctly set map hostility immediately. Also gives a notification when you claim the hideout. Additionally correctly revert the hideout back to the original bandit clan on abandoning. Sorry, reuploaded. first file was an old version.

Use MCM for mod options -- no additional mod downloads required. Allows disabling each component of the mod and changing the initial hideout cost. Also now show the number of troops in each party when recruiting bandits.

Up the default cost of hideouts and make the slider go farther for adjusting hideout cost. Also try to implement something to help with Villainy and Scum compatibility

Allow creation of bandit patrol parties from owned hideouts. These are functionally equivalent to the bandit parties you start with when taking a hideout, but you make them with your own troops.
