Seems Wibblar has made a better mod here, Redheads, so you should go download his.
This mod edits the skins.xml to add in four new hair colors to the game. It will override any other mods that also edit the skins.xml such as Full Body Sliders by Dinoicy.
The newly added colors are Silver, Auburn, Ginger, and Strawberry Blonde. The game seems to have a hardcap of 16 colors and so as to not replace any native colors, only four have been added.
If you want to edit any of the colors yourself, you simply need to open the file with any text editor and convert the RGB of your new color by dividing each color by 255 to get the value you need to enter into skins.xml.
