      Hey incest relationships were common back then and sometimes encouraged to keep their bloodline pure kinda want this option added just for roleplay

      Maybe it was hardcoded because it will always copy the appearance of you main character.
      If you have Detailed Character creation, you can edit your brother there, you don’t even need this mod because you can also change the gender there. :)

      There is also the dialogue to consider so that you refer to your sister as she and as sister.

    Very nice mod, will it work in old version? im currently using v1.4.0 coz most mods work smoothly on this version specially in siege wherein newer version has so much issue on it.
