I like the idea. I think it'll get better in time once there's a better tool to make characters. A complete charter customization overhaul tool. That would be awesome if there was a face scan where you could manipulate it with photos.
Yes, I wish someone could make the tool soon. The idea of face scan would be amazing, I used Facegen Modeller for oblivion, Gta V and The Witcher 3, but the results are not good enough
