If anyone interested, I'm currently trying to fix this for 1.8.0 (my current version of the game, I didn't try 1.7.2 or below). Currently it's pretty positive, I have been able to start a new game with the mod and most of faction tree are extended (maybe all, I didn't check). The major issue I'm currently having is the T7 upgrade : units appeared under T6 but is noted as T6 too, which makes it free to do once you reached the native T6. I think this this mod was originally based on a Tier 7 that was partially implemented in the game (which seems to have been removed since). Now it seems to be ok with all unit I will try to find out how to fully implement T7 (with gold and XP cost).
Concerning the str_crafting_template ERROR on the Forge menu, I can't provide any fix with just a custom module. To solve the issue, I'll need to alter a base game file (and I refuse to do that for a lot of reason). To better understand what I mean :
Spoiler:
Show
The file that store the string ressources of the game is : Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\ModuleData\module_strings.xml In this XML, the strings for the forge (and others) are stored, and the game seems to only use it. When adding the lines : <string id="str_crafting_template.ThrowingSabre" text="{=nNDdo3I9}ThrowingSabre" /> <string id="str_crafting_template.SarracenTwoHandedMace" text="{=nNDdo3I9}Sarracen Mace" /> it will display the crafting template properly.
For my current knowledge, it seems to be the only way. If anybody knows a way to go around it without messing with the vanilla file, please say it !
Item change on units : - Aswar/Clibanarii : Sarracen Two Handed Mace replace by Pernach (I FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE README FILE, DAMN  ) - Hashashin tree : Hashashin daggers replaced by Imperial Broad Bladed Throwing Knives - Sowar tree : Throwing Scimitar replaced by Imperial Broad Bladed Throwing Knives
Stat change on items : - All the custom bow now possess the same stats as the ranged item on Realistic Battle - All the custom arrows also possess the same stats
As I said, I don't use Realistic Battle, so if you have a suggestion/problem/idea/something to say, please tell me and I'll upload a fix or something. If I can, of course.
Version 2.0.3 had a problem with the Hashashin Daggers and Sarracen maces. Sorry for it. Version 2.0.4 is working as intended for the items, and save compatible with the basic version of NobleTroops. The ID's for the items aren't removed but the items are altered to be from the base game. Now you can (normally) take your existing save, put RealisticBattle, deactivate NobleTroops and activate NobleTroops - RealisticBattle and it should work fine.

also if its posable, well i guess i have 2 questions... first if i am using the sweedish vladian troops mod is it posable that i can use that, sorry i am trying to word this right, over this in the list to get the vlad troops but still use all the other factions. if not is it posable that you can split the factions up in to smaller mods for some people that are using 1 or 2 faction troop mods but still want to use your faction troop tree for the rest.
sorry i just didnt know how to correctly word that. IE like in 7dtd you can set one mod over the other in the list and the higher mod overlaps the bulk of the lower mod but still being able to use the builk of the lower mod. same thing in conan exiles.

I've added the link to your fix in the description.
