I just need to change my wife's age so she gives birth and pregnancy doesn't disappear from her info page. Please someone give me the damn way to edit the xml file so I can make her age lower to give birth. I'll put it back after. I don't want to lose a months worth of game play I have a job. Why is this so hard. There was no visible disclaimer this game included menopause before I wasted a 1 month of my spare time on it!
You need to edit your save-file with some other mod (if there is one that supports this), xLord is for XML data at the start of a new game. Since you mentioned it, I think you should expect menopause at some point but you're right that the game doesn't show the stages well. I hope you get it sorted.
There are no mod tools that work anymore since the last patch. Have noticed a bunch of people have stopped making mods or updating the mods. Are you guys all on strike trying to get them to finally make some official tools?
I would think most mod developers are just taking a break until the game is more stable. I'm sure we will all be back and in greater numbers than before. I would've kept working on this project but I discovered a nasty bug that worried me about the current state of Bannerlord, and I have work to do on my Skyrim mod, so I'm holding off for now.
Hopefully 2021 brings the stability and the tools we are waiting for.
Just an FYI for anyone interested, further development of this tool is on hold for two reasons.
While working on the tool I discovered and reported a bug with the state of lords. Some lords from the game aren't functioning correctly and this bug can happen to custom lords as well. It results in them fielding no army and traveling between castles with teleportation. The other reason that development paused is that Taleworlds said they are thinking about releasing some of their official mod tools.
When the bugs are corrected, and if this tool is still needed, I will continue working on it.
I won't be able to use this until the 4th because of a family get together, but if this works you're literally a hero! (and this will save me HOURS) (:
