Thank you for your comment, it really pleased me ! :-)

Concerning the troop uniforms colour changing it wasn't hard, I just followed the explanations on https://bannerlord.party/banner/
"If you're not in a faction, colors for your clothing and stuff like that are taken from the primary colour (top colour) of the background (of the banner), and the primary colour (top colour) of the last icon in the list." So it is possible thanks to the banner system/banner editor to choose the colours for the uniforms. ;-)

What I would really like to be possible to do, is to add the coat of arms directly on the uniform ! :-D

Sadly, I didn't find a global medieval Ottoman Empire coat of arms in the European heraldic sense. According to Wikipedia, "every sultan of the Ottoman Empire had his own monogram, called the tughra, which served as a royal symbol". The coat of arms of the Ottoman Empire was created in the late 19th century. Tughras are a bit hard to make and I wouldn't know which one to choose. Some flags are described here : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_flags. I will do more research, but I might use these.

A simple Ottoman star and crescent (I know its 17th-18th Century) would have made me, a Turk, more than happy =)

Even though every sign of the emperor differed from one another, they are all alike. The Ottoman coat of arms can be universalized as a single 'Tugra', can't be that difficult. Ignoring Ottomans from Medieval Europe is far from the realism of the history.

Also, please bear in mind (I know your intentions are not bad at all), but if you do NOT include Ottoman banner/coat of arms in to a mod that is named Medieval Europe Coats of Arms, it could easily be taken/viewed as a discrimination against Turks. Since the omission of the Turks from the European history is a real thing, and a part of identity politics that we faced in our daily lives. We have been a part of Europe almost a millenia now. Just some people can't deal with it.

Hoping to see a nice Ottoman banner along with the other medieval European banners either in this mod, or an another mod. Thank you for the mod, and your efforts

I totally agree with you, that ignoring Ottomans from Medieval Europe is far from realism history and not only because it was present in the geographical europe during the Middle Ages. Indeed, influence between countries/peoples is not only due to domination over a territory, but also due to other exchanges like trading. If we intend to include the banners/coats of arms of all kingdoms of the medieval period having a part in European history we should also add countries which are not part of the geographical Europe. However, if I include the star and crescent flag of the Ottoman Empire designed in the 1844, I would make a big historical mistake. Moreover, considering the Ottoman Empire to have a major part in European Medieval history is a mistake. It was much more important in Europe during the Modern Era than during the last 150 years of Middle Ages!

Here are my thoughts, based on historical data I found, concerning the Medieval Ottoman Empire in Geographical Europe and on which banner to choose.

      Time period  : Middle Ages

The Middles Ages cover the 5th to the 15th century. The date of the beginning is around 450. The date of the end of the Middle Ages is different from a country to another. The conquest of Constantinople by the Ottoman Empire in 1453 is one of them, so we can choose it. 1000 years,as the duration of Middle Ages, is a big period and a lot of things happened. Many kingdoms and empires have grown and fallen during this period. There were no coats of arms at the beginning (or we don't know them). Coats of arms were used at a time by a noble, a city, a kingdom they evolved and changed and some were not used anymore. The coats of arms I designed were used in the Middle Ages, during approximately the same period.

      Localization  : Geographical Europe

It is a continent covering the region we can see on this picture  :
      https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/44/Europe_orthographic_Caucasus_Urals_boundary_%28with_borders%29.svg

Time period of the Ottoman Empire presence on the Geographical Europe Zone

I am sure you know very well the history of the Ottoman Empire starting wit the emergence of the Ottoman principality in approx. 1299 as the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum declined. It was not the Ottoman Empire yet, but the Ottoman Beylik or Emirate.
The Ottomans gained their first permanent stronghold in Europe at Çimpe Castle in 1354, so this could be the beginning of the period of Ottoman presence on geographical European soil. Which doesn't mean they didn't have an influence on history before. On the contrary. And their ancestors before, but not under the Ottoman Empire name. The Ottoman Empire really began to be an Empire with the conquest of Constantinople in 1453. In fact, it illustrates the fact that the Ottoman ruler was no longer a simple frontier warrior, but the sovereign of an empire. So we can say it was present for 100 years in Europe during the Middle Ages, but not as an Empire at the beginning. Since we wish to have an historical accurate coats of arms/banner, we will focus on this time period.

Coats of Arms/armory or heraldry and banners

The first tracks of armory we know are from the 12th century. The emergence of heraldry occurred across western Europe almost simultaneously in various countries. There are a lot of coats of arms and it is well documented. The coats of arms I designed are part of this heraldry. But the Ottoman Empire didn't have a coat of arms in the Middle Age, when it was present in Europe (the Ottoman Empire coat of arms was adopted in 1882), nonetheless they had others emblems like Tughras.

Coats of arms are a different thing to banners  : a country may have both a national flag and a national coat of arms, and the two may not look alike at all. Unfortunately Bannerlord uses only one picture for banners and shields or coats. I would prefer to have a picture for shields and tabards and another one for banners, because sometimes a coat of arms looks great on a shield, but not on a banner. My choice was to use/reproduced as good as I could, due to my humble skills and knowledge I coulf find on the Internet, the European heraldric coats of arms because I could get more informations.

Colours and sigils used during the Ottoman influence/contact in Europe  : from 1299 to 1453

1299 - 1323/4  : Osman I, Uç bey of the Sultanate of Rum from approx.1280 to 1299 and founder of the Ottoman Dynasty (Ottoman Beylik or Emirate = former Ottoman Empire) he lead until his death.
1323/4 – 1362 : Orhan Ghazi, second bey of the Ottoman Beylik
      1362 – 1389  : Murad I, 3rd Ottoman Sultan
      1389 – 1402  : Bayezid I, 4th Ottoman Sultan
1402 – 1413  : Interregnum, civil war between the sons of Bayezid I
      1413 – 1421  : Mehmed I , 5th Ottoman Sultan
      1421 – 1444  : Murad II
      1444 – 1446  : Mehmed II
      1446 – 1451 : Murad II
      1451 – 1481  : Mehmed II

Imperial banners used to have the Tugra of the Sultan, so we can take inspiration from one of the Sultans above, or more, to make a sultan personnal banner with a generic Tugra. But I don't know which colours to use. Maybe black on white or white on black.

I also found these flags  :

      https://turkicflags.wordpress.com/historical-flags-of-the-turkic-states/
      https://www.flagheritagefoundation.org/download/signa_mundi/english/asia_near_east-1/Turquie-1.pdf?doing_wp_cron=1592667305.3484580516815185546875

And I think the three flags used from 1299 to 1453 (including starting from 1453 maybe?) could be what we need.

Flag of the Ottoman Beylik/Kayihan Khanate (1299-1326) with the tamga Kayi.
      Ottoman Empire (1326-1383)
      Ottoman Empire (1383-1453)
      Ottoman Empire (1453-1499)

For the time period before 1299, I think the coat of arms of the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum/Seljuk Empire will be good  : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seljuk_Empire

I named my mod «  Medieval Europe Coats of Arms  » because it is containing banners/coat of arms from Europe and from the Medieval period. I never intended to make it exhaustive and it is not. If I wanted to make it exhaustive, I would have named it «  All Medieval Europe Coats of Arms  » and I would have put every coats of arms from every country/kingdoms in the geographical Europe and from every time. In this case, thousands of coats of arms are missing  !!! Hungary, Croatia, Luxemburg, Tourraine, Anjou, Bearn, Armagnat, Limousin, Sicile, Lorraine, Toscane, Mantoue, Emirate of Granada, Almohad Caliphate, Emirate of Córdoba, Umayyad Caliphate, Caliphate of Córdoba, etc... a bit too much work for me ! :-) Maybe I should have specified the time period and a map of the kingdoms I choose for this time period so you wouldn't be ashamed of not finding the Ottoman Empire banner because it didn't exist at this period. In any case, I will probably add some more later, but can't say when. I also intended to rename my mod, (which I just did) knowing that I would add banners from non-european regions (I am not talking about the ottoman Empire).

For example this map : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Europe_mediterranean_1190.jpg
Many of the coats of arms I made correspond, some are missing and there are some more. It is in the Middle Ages, but in 1190 the Ottoman Empire had no existence. But it didn't come from nowhere as there were the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum and others before. So please, don't reduce the medieval history of Turkey to the Ottoman Empire, it is far more rich ! And very interesting ! :-D

I thank you for your concern about discrimination and I can only encourage it. I hope I convinced you with these explanations that it wasn't my intention to discriminate anybody from any country/culture or else. If this Ottoman banner was not present it was based on historical facts I found and the historical period I chose. I like Humanity, even if it has some problems with liking humankind.
Omitting any people from the history it took part in, directly or indirectly, in or outside any country is not good. I disagree with the people who would do so. Humankind should be more respectful.

In my opinion, it is going really too far and is really insulting, to believe that because the Ottoman Empire coat of arms is missing in my mod, I would be discriminating the Turks. It would mean I am discriminating every people from which the coat of arms is not present in my mod  !!!
More over, the Ottoman Empire was not only made up of Turks. And Turks were not just part of the Ottoman Empire. Reducing the Ottoman Empire to the Turks or the Turks to the Ottomans/Ottoman Empire could also be felt like discrimination but not if you adopt a benevolent attitude toward others. But I am sure this was not your intention as well and I am touched by your concern and care concerning these questions and I hope you would do the same towards other people, not only turks.

So, to conclude, it is not because we don't include something somewhere that we don't like it or discriminate it. I really would like to add a lot more coats of arms to this mod. I am also working on other coats of arms like/banner mods, but not truly medieval this time. And it takes time... ^^

Woow! I am crazy, I wrote a lot of things here... :-D

I updated my mod and you can find codes for the following banners in the download page  :

Seljuk Sultanate of Rum/Seljuk Empire (1037–1194)
Flag of the Ottoman Beylik/Kayihan Khanate (1299-1326) with the tamga Kayi
      Ottoman Empire (1326-1383)
      Ottoman Empire (1375-1453)
      Ottoman Empire (1453-1499)
      A generic Tugra

I hope you will appreciate this  ! ;-) It took me some time to look for informations on the web and to write all of this in English, as it is not my mother language. But it was a pleasure doing it  ! I read a lot of stuff about medieval history in Europe and Mediterranean region and learned a lot of things. Thank you for your comments and I wish you a lot of pleasure playing to Bannerlord  ! (maybe with one of these banners ^^)
