Sick and tired of your elite high-tier troops deserting because you forgot to buy food or recruited too many prisoners? Only The Lowest Ranks Desert is the answer to all your problems. Now never worry about losing your elite Tier 6/7 troops to desertion because of a small oversight! Now, with feedback!

Description: Sick and tired of your elite high-tier troops deserting because you forgot to buy food or recruited too many prisoners? Most of your elite high-tier troops have been with you since long, and are highly disciplined and should not desert at the first excuse. This mod allows you to restrict the deserting of troops only to the lowest tiers. Now never worry about losing your elite Tier 6/7 troops to desertion because of a small oversight! Applies to both player and NPC parties. Now with feedback!
Note: If there are no lowest tier troops left, then the next higher tier troops will desert, and so on, until the total number of deserters is reached. So, if you only have high tier troops, then they will desert, because there is no one else to take their place. As you already know, the player and heroes (companions), and lords don't desert their parties.
How To Install: Simply UNZIP and move the Only The Lowest Ranks Desert folder to your game modules folder.
Safety: It is safe to install mid-game and it is also safe to uninstall it mid-game. Does not save any data to the game save file.
Compatibility: Compiled on e1.5.7 Stable version. Should work on higher versions also. Should not clash with any other mod unless the mod changes the troop deserting mechanic. I am trying to ensure zero conflicts, but I need more data.
Please post in messages or make a bug report in case of any issues. I'll do my best to solve them. I am not very expert with C# or modding in general, so expect delays in coming up with the required solutions.
