Hello, currently the mod is breaking with every patch of Bannerlord and I don't know why. Most of the time I don't even need to change something, just rebuild the mod with the newest Bannerlord version. As I am currently not actively playing Bannerlord, most of the time I don't have the most recent version installed (Internet is quite bad here, thus taking some time for updates). That's why, from now on, I am not gonna update the mod anymore until Bannerlord is in a more stable state. Sorry for all who like the mod.
For tech-savvy people: The source code can be found on GitHub, you can try to fix problems and recompile yourself.
I don't have a lot of time nowadays to make very detailed mods with lots of features. I think it should be quite fortunate that I decided to carry on the legacy of this mod.
Appears to be non-functional in 1.6.5 beta. Added the mod to an existing save, not sure if that would impact functionality at all. Tried disabling and enabling the fair armor and that had no effect either.
Sad to say this doesn't work anymore on 1.6.4 beta. It has been a few big updates since this needed a fixing. Hoping for a return/fix, it is a great mod to have in my opinion
I have an idea. Is it possible to add weapons in with this mod? Like a "Tournament fair Weapons" or something? Thought I would ask you since you already have the armor.
I can confirm this. It crashes immediately on starting a new campaign (before the new campaign intro video). I didn't have a save so I wasn't able to test an existing one, but I assume it'd crash immediately as well.
This is with the most recent version of the mod as of writing this, on the most recent (beta) patch of Bannerlord, using the default mod settings.
Update: This occurs both when starting a new game through the "Campaign" option, as well as through the "Sandbox" option. No other mods are installed.
Thank you very much, I will have to update to the beta version to fix the issue, so it might take some time. But a fixed version will be available in the next days.
Which version of Bannerlord and which version of the mod are you on? The newest version works only with Bannerlord >= 1.6.0. If your versions are correct and fit, please check if another mod might cause the issue
Not sure if this mod is working with beta 1.5.9? I entered a tournament and everyone was wearing different armors like normally. Does it not work with 1.5.9?
EDIT: I'm a moron lol I only tested it with the mod tournaments enhanced, which has an option to enter tournaments as a team (You bring your own warriors and form a team and fight other people's teams) this option disables this mod's armor options, however, picking regular tournament does infact give me fair armor.
I didn't test, actively I am only supporting the stable branch. But it should work with 1.5.8 Beta unless Taleworlds again changed something on the code or XML-structure relevant to this mod.
It's not working properly... It's loading and presenting normally in the Town menu but when I choose to change the equipment for each Faction's Tournaments, it doesn't do anything. I start, me and my team, with the normal gear! Only the weapons change...! The only Tournament mod I use is this, which is considered "compatible": Tournaments Enhanced
I am going to look into the problem this weekend. Currently my game is crashing with no mod at all, so no quick fix.

Edit: Just tried it with only this mod and Bannerlord e1.5.8 and it works. So the problem might be with the combination of Tournaments Enhanced and this mod. Maybe you could try to reproduce your issue without Tournaments Enhanced?

There was a refactoring in Bannerlords code, which caused the crash.
