About this mod
This mod gives you the ability to stop time for everyone but yourself.

When you activate it with the key "Q" by default, everyone but yourself stops moving, including npcs, arrows, bolts and thrown weapons, however it's not a true time stop, you will see npcs breathing and horses take a while to completely slow down. Time starts moving again if you reactivate the ability or in the end of its duration.
You can configure it in the file \bin\Win64_Shipping_Client\config.json
The settings are:
duration - Duration of the time stop in seconds (10 by default)
cooldown - Cooldown of the time stop in seconds (5 by default)
hotkey - The ability's hotkey (16 by default whitch means "Q", check BoiZoi's pastebin for reference: https://pastebin.com/i683wFgU)
showSphereEffect - Show a sphere coming out of you when you activate the time stop, set it to true/false to enable/disable it (inspired by BoiZoi's Yell To Inspire - New Leadership Perks And Abilities
playSoundEffect - Play a sound effect when you activate the time stop, set it to true/false to enable/disable it
Bugs that I don't know of could occur, so make sure to make a backup save.
